Was ist der Status meiner Bestellung? // What is the current state of my order?

Eure Bestellung ist im Status "Released und im Lager in China", falls sie in der Liste der Posts hier aufgeführt ist. Wir arbeiten noch an individuellen Benachrichtigungen.

Eure Bestellung ist im Status "In Deutschland angekommen" falls ihr die Rechnung über die Schlusszahlung erhalten habt.

Falls ihr bereits den vollen Betrag bezahlt habt, dann wandert Eure Bestellung direkt in den Status "Zum Versand freigegeben" - dies ist ein individueller Status.

In allen anderen Fällen gilt - die Statue ist noch nicht erschienen und wir haben leider kein Update für Dich. Hier heißt es leider - weiterhin geduldig bleiben und unsere Release-Posts verfolgen.

Generell gilt - sobald ein Artikel released wurde und unser Warenlager in China erreicht hat, posten wir kurze Zeit später eine Liste mit allen Statuen in unserem Blog und auf allen Social Media. Ist deine Statue/Bestellung in dieser Liste aufgeführt, so wird sie dann meistens innerhalb von 3-4 Wochen in den Container verladen und erreicht dann in weiteren ca. 1.5 Monaten Deutschland und in weiteren 4 Wochen (ca. 2 Wochen Zoll und 2 Wochen für die inländische Logistik) deine Haustür. Falls Deine Statue nicht in dieser Liste aufgeführt wurde, dann haben wir vorerst leider keine Updates und Du müsstest Dich bis zum nächsten Updatepost gedulden. 

Die Sendungsverfolgung für den Container ist dann in diesem Post ebenfalls enthalten oder wird kurze Zeit später aktualisiert. Deine individuelle Sendungsverfolgung bekommst du automatisch von DHL sobald die Statue das Warenlager hier in Deutschland verlässt.

Für Statuen, die zeitnah geliefert werden sollen pflegen wir wöchentlich die “Auf Lager” Liste.

Your order is in "Released and in stock in China" status if it is in the list of posts here. We are still working on individual notifications.

Your order is in status "Arrived in Germany" if you have received the invoice for the final payment.

If you have already paid the full amount, then your order will go directly to the status "Released for shipment" - this is an individual status.

In all other cases - the statue is not yet released and we unfortunately have no update for you. Here it is unfortunately - remain patient and follow our release posts.

In general - as soon as an item has been released and has reached our warehouse in China, we will post a list with all statues on our blog and on all social media shortly after. If your statue/order is on this list, it will then usually be loaded into the container within 3-4 weeks and will reach Germany in another approx. 1.5 months and your doorstep in another 4 weeks (approx. 2 weeks customs and 2 weeks for domestic logistics). If your statue was not included in this list, then unfortunately we have no updates for now and you would have to be patient until the next update post. 

The tracking for the container will be included in this post as well or will be updated shortly after. You will get your individual tracking automatically from DHL as soon as the statue leaves the warehouse here in Germany.

For statues that are to be delivered soon, we maintain the "In Stock" list on a weekly basis.
